As a veteran family-owned business, we value hard work, service, and showing up with excellence. Whether we are serving from the food trailer, preparing charcuterie, or catering a private celebration, our goal is simple: to make every gathering feel flavorful, memorable, and full of heart.
Barbara Stefani Co-Owner & Operations Lead
Doug brings his expertise as Executive Chef, with more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Barbara serves as Co-Owner and helps lead the team through operations and marketing, drawing on her master’s degree in marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Steve serves as Co-Owner and US Army Veteran, while Marilyn supports Magnolia’s through marketing, client relations, planning, and event communication.
