BRONZE EXPERIENCE
A simple and flavorful option for casual gatherings, open houses, and relaxed celebrations. The Bronze Experience is ideal when you want delicious Cajun and Southern-inspired food.

Food Truck Private Party Experience
Bring the Magnolia’s Soul & Spice food truck right to your driveway, backyard, venue, or outdoor celebration.
For casual outdoor parties and open-house style celebrations, our food truck is a fun, flexible option that keeps guests moving and enjoying fresh Cajun and Southern-inspired favorites. Guests can order directly from the window while we cook and serve on-site, creating a relaxed food experience that feels festive and memorable.
Food Truck Booking Details
Our food truck is available for private parties, backyard gatherings, outdoor celebrations, graduations, community events, and select venue events. Food truck bookings may include a truck fee, guest minimum, travel considerations, and menu selections based on your event location, guest count, and service time.
Truck Fee — Starting at $1000, depending on location, service time, and event needs.
Minimum Food Spend — $1500, food truck service is best suited for larger gatherings or events that meet our minimum service requirements.
Travel fees may apply for events outside our regular service area.
Total Minimum — $2500

Our carts are perfect for grazing, photos, and guests who enjoy snacking while they mingle. They can be booked as an add-on to a private party package, food truck experience, or grazing table, and may also be available as a stand-alone option for select events.

Cart Styling Fee: $350

plus $5 per guest

Travel within 50 miles is welcome. Events outside this range may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional travel fee.
Catering Policies
To help every event run smoothly, Magnolia’s Soul & Spice follows the policies below for private catering, food truck bookings, carts, and add-on services.

A non-refundable Hold-the-Date Fee may be required to temporarily reserve your event date while details are being finalized. This fee is based on the size and scope of the event and will be applied toward your total event balance once the booking is confirmed.
To fully secure your event, a 30% deposit is required. Your event is not considered fully booked until the deposit is received and event details have been confirmed.
Final payment is due 2 weeks before the event date.

Payments are non-refundable once received, as food purchases and staffing are scheduled in advance.

Gratuity is not included in standard pricing unless noted on your proposal. While never required, gratuity is always appreciated and may be added to the final invoice or given directly to the service team.

Per-person packages require a 40-guest minimum.
Food truck bookings require a $1,000 truck fee plus a $1,500 minimum food spend, or a contracted event total that meets the minimum.
Carts begin with a $350 Cart Styling Fee, plus guest package or per-person pricing. Final pricing depends on the cart style, guest count, menu selections, and event needs.

Additional mileage is $1.50 per mile (round trip).

The client is responsible for providing suitable shelter for outdoor events.
We can serve in light rain, but severe weather may require relocation or delay.

Cancellations 30+ days from event: Deposit is retained; any additional payments refunded.
Cancellations 14–29 days: 50% of total is refundable.
Cancellations within 14 days: No refund.
Food truck deposits are always non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and hourly commitments.

Menu changes can be made up to 21 days before the event.
After that, substitutions may not be possible.

While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Due to food safety laws, any leftovers remaining on the truck or buffet at the end of service are disposed of by our staff unless boxed prior to the end of service at the client's request.
