For open-house style graduations where guests come and go, our food truck is a fun, flexible option. Guests order directly from the window while we cook fresh on-site.

TRUCK FEE — Starting at $1000

MINIMUM FOOD SPEND — $1500

TOTAL MINIMUM EVENT VALUE — $2500

Includes:

  • Truck and staff (2–3 team members)

  • Service for up to 2 hours

  • Menu signage and set-up

  • Travel within 30 miles (additional miles available)

    Magnolia’s Soul & Spice proudly serves private events, graduation parties, and catering within 50 miles of Pennsville, New Jersey.

    Our service area includes much of:

    Southern New Jersey

    Philadelphia & surrounding PA suburbs

    Northern Delaware

    Parts of Northeastern Maryland

    We regularly cater events in communities throughout NJ, PA, DE, and MD, making it easy to bring our food truck, charcuterie carts, and catering services to your backyard, school, or venue.

    Travel within 50 miles is welcome. Events outside this range may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional travel fee.

  • Booking and Policies

    Catering Policies

    To ensure a smooth and stress-free event for both you and our team, Magnolia’s Soul & Spice follows the policies below for all graduation and private catering bookings:

    Deposit & Booking

    A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

    Your date is not considered booked until the deposit is received.

    Final Payment

    Final payment is due 2 weeks before the event date.

    Guest count must be finalized at this time.

    Payments are non-refundable once received, as food purchases and staffing are scheduled in advance.

    Guest Count & Minimums

    Per-person packages require a 40-guest minimum.

    Food truck events require a $1,000 truck fee + $1,500 food minimum (or total contracted amount).

    Carts may have their own minimums depending on size.

    Travel

    First 30 miles from Pennsville, NJ are included.

    Additional mileage is $1.50 per mile (round trip).

    Service Time

    Standard service time is 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the package.

    Additional hours may be added for $150 per hour.

    Weather Policy

    The client is responsible for providing suitable shelter for outdoor events.

    We can serve in light rain, but severe weather may require relocation or delay.

    Cancellations

    Cancellations 30+ days from event: Deposit is retained; any additional payments refunded.

    Cancellations 14–29 days: 50% of total is refundable.

    Cancellations within 14 days: No refund.

    Food truck deposits are always non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and hourly commitments.

    Menu Adjustments

    Menu changes can be made up to 21 days before the event.

    After that, substitutions may not be possible.

    Allergies & Dietary Needs

    We can offer allergy-friendly options upon request.

    While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

    Leftovers

    Due to food safety laws, any leftovers remaining on the truck or buffet at the end of service are disposed of by our staff unless boxed prior to the end of service at the client's request.
